How do I prepare for my first visit?
Please download and complete our patient registration form and privacy consent form. Bring with you a list of your regular medications and copies of any pathology and X-ray reports you have. If you do not have a copy of your reports, but believe they may be needed during your consultation, please advise reception in advance so that we may try to get copies before your appointment.

Can I see Dr Tracey for cosmetics and skin but still see my own GP?
Definitely. Dr Tracey works in collaboration with many GPs in Wagga and surrounds and regularly performs skin checks, cosmetic treatments and Mirena IUCD insertions for patients of other doctors.
Where are you located?
Our practice is located at 55 Trail Street, Wagga Wagga, NSW 2650. Parking is available at the rear of the building (off Kincaid Street) or there is ample on street parking.
