Important points:

  • We are still open! Everyday health concerns do not stop with Covid. We want to continue to provide you with quality medical care for ALL of your medical needs.

  • We are operating a 'Hybrid Clinic' : A mix of face to face and Telehealth visits.

  • New patients are welcome.

  • To free up the phones, please book online if possible

  • Our reception staff can assist via email as well as the telephone. If you are having trouble getting through please email

Telephone Item Number billing update:

The federal government has provided medicare item numbers to provide a rebate on some telephone consultations. We encourage patients who are most vulnerable to community transmission of Covid-19 to use our telephone consultation system.

Our Acute Care Clinic

  • If you or your child has a fever, cough, sore throat or running nose, we can see you safely in person.

  • We are running an Acute Care Clinic daily. The Entrance for the clinic is via Trail street. Here is how it works:

1. Call and make an appointment, letting our front desk staff know you or your child are unwell. We will see you on the day if you call between 9-10 am otherwise we will see you the next day.

2. Wait in your car when you arrive and call to let us know you are here. You can park on Trail street out the front of our building - there are usually a number of parks there.

3. When the doctor is ready to see you they will call you on your phone and bring you in to the consultation room directly via the veranda on Trail Street

4. If you need to be tested for Covid 19, we will help arrange this at one of the local testing centres.

Children under 5 years of age who are sick

  • We will see them in person at our Acute Care clinic. We are bulk billing all children under the age of 5 years.

Patients with Chronic Health Conditions

  • If you have a chronic health condition, we will 'see' you over the phone. It is best you stay home!

  • If your care plan is due, we can perform this over the phone.

Elderly patients

  • It is best you stay at home. If you are able, book a phone consultation online, otherwise call and our reception staff will book you in.

  • if your care plan or health assessment or driver's license is due, we can now conduct this in person or over the phone,

Pregnant patients

  • If you are pregnant, we will see you at the clinic.

  • If you are newly pregnant, we want to talk to you. Please start by making a phone or face to face consultation - you can book this online, by calling or send us an email.

Childhood Vaccinations and Flu Vax

  • If you are due for a vaccination we will see you at the clinic. Please call or email, we have made special arrangements for this.

Skin Checks

  • We are continuing to perform skin checks at the clinic.

  • If you are a high risk skin cancer patient - you have had a melanoma in the past or you have noticed a new or changing skin lesion, please do not delay your skin check

Cosmetic Services and Skin care product purchases

  • You can still come to the practice to purchase skin care - we would love that! If you are self isolating we can even drop your purchase at your front door or post for free.

  • As of this update, we are still providing cosmetic medical services. Please monitor our social media pages for any changes to this.

Women’s health services

  • We continue to offer face to face or telephone consultations for women’s health concerns

  • We are still inserting IUDs, implanons and giving Depo Provera injections. Please call or email and we will let you know how to book and if you need a phone consultation first.

Other things…

  • If you need scripts, a referral, anything we would usually ask you to book a consultation for, we will arrange a telephone consultation and 'see' you over the phone.

We will be keeping numbers very low in the waiting room to maintain social distancing. You may prefer to wait in your car, in one of our parking bays. We may ask you to return to your car to wait, or wait in our courtyard.

Please do not bring extra people with you to your appointment. We will ask them to wait in the car. This also applies to siblings - we understand it is difficult. However, these are new and difficult times and we must follow precautions to keep everyone safe.
